En la Costa Blanca, Vivienda Costeres se presenta como un manifiesto arquitectónico donde geometría y materialidad dialogan en perfecta sintonía. La composición de volúmenes precisos y el uso predominante de piedra y madera configuran un lenguaje atemporal que potencia la experiencia espacial.
La continuidad material es uno de los ejes del proyecto: pavimentos que prolongan la relación entre interior y exterior, revestimientos nobles que aportan carácter y mobiliario diseñado a medida que refuerza la identidad del espacio. La luz mediterránea se integra como un material más, recorriendo superficies y acentuando texturas honestas que transmiten calma y proporción.
Más que una vivienda, este proyecto representa la filosofía del estudio: habitar la belleza de lo esencial, donde lo bello es funcional y lo funcional, bello. Una arquitectura de interiores donde técnica y emoción conviven, y donde cada detalle responde al oficio y a la escucha activa.

On Spain’s Costa Blanca, Vivienda Costeres emerges as an architectural manifesto where geometry and materiality engage in perfect harmony. The interplay of stone and wood, combined with precise volumes, creates a timeless language that enhances the spatial experience.
Material continuity is one of the core elements of the project: flooring that extends seamlessly between indoors and outdoors, noble finishes that add warmth and identity, and bespoke furniture pieces that strengthen the character of each space. Mediterranean light flows as another material, highlighting textures that evoke serenity, proportion, and authenticity.
More than a residence, this project reflects the studio’s philosophy: inhabiting the beauty of the essential, where beauty is functional and function is beautiful. An interior architecture where technique and emotion coexist, and where every detail embodies craft, proportion, and calm.
